What a beautiful way to end my trip....the 10 day Buddhist retreat at the Tushita Centre up in Dharamkot was wonderful. Above: the main gompa where we spent a good portion of the day in meditation.
Even after 10 days of silence, we had grown really close as a group. It's amazing what energy is transferred when all is unspoken. And I am just noticing now that every single person in this photo has a big grin on their face (taken on the last day)....must be from all that meditating ;)
